Position：Overseas Technical‑Service Personnel

Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support for special oilfield vehicles and equipment in assigned overseas regions, including product‑solution communication, technical consultation, parameter matching and project technical coordination.

• Deliver full‑range after‑sales technical services after equipment overseas delivery, such as installation guidance, commissioning, operation‑maintenance inspection, troubleshooting and technical training, to guarantee stable equipment operation.

• Track technical progress of regional projects, collect customer technical requirements and equipment‑operation feedback, and coordinate with domestic R&D and production departments to optimize product adaptability.

• Cooperate with the sales team for regional‑market expansion, customer communication and project implementation by providing professional technical support, and maintain regional customer reputation and brand image.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with the structure, working principle, operation‑maintenance specifications and industry technical standards of special oilfield vehicles and equipment, with hands‑on working experience in oil‑gas‑equipment‑related technical work.

• Proficient in the local language of the assigned posting region for smooth daily‑technical communication, business negotiation and on‑site interaction.

• Able to work on long‑term overseas assignment or business trips; strong on‑site problem‑solving skills, stress tolerance and independent‑working capability.

• Meticulous, responsible and service‑oriented with good teamwork awareness. Prior experience in overseas oil‑gas‑equipment technical‑service work is preferred.
